Our StillCraft copper and stainless-steel pot and column still is right there when you walk in. It is one of the things worth seeing in person — a hand-crafted piece of distilling equipment that sits at the heart of everything we make.
Come in and have a look.

You can drop in whilst we are open, but advanced bookings are needed for tastings.

Lost Sundays produces two ranges across six spirits.
The Lost Sundays core range includes Vodka, London Dry Gin, and Coastal Gin.
The Sippi range includes Sippi Gin, Sippi Vodka, and Sippi Pink Gin.

The Lost Sundays core range is our flagship collection — spirits made with intention and distilled to stand on their own. These are considered, craft-focused products designed to be savoured.
The Sippi range is our more approachable, easy-drinking line — lighter, social, and made for relaxed occasions without a particular plan.
Both ranges are distilled locally in Airlie Beach on the same StillCraft still. The difference is in the personality of each pour.
