Lost Sundays Distillery is a licensed alcohol retailer operating under Queensland liquor legislation.
We are committed to the responsible sale and service of alcohol — in-store and online — and take our obligations under the Liquor Act 1992 (Qld) seriously.

Lost Sundays Distillery operates under a Queensland liquor licence issued by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR).

Age requirements
It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years in Queensland.
Lost Sundays Distillery will not sell or supply alcohol to any person who:
- Is under 18 years of age
- Appears to be under 18 years of age and cannot provide acceptable proof of age
- Is purchasing alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age
Acceptable proof of age documents include:
- Australian driver’s licence or learner’s permit
- Australian or international passport
- Queensland proof of age card
- ImCard (Queensland Government identity card)
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who cannot provide acceptable proof of age when requested.
Responsible service of alcohol
Lost Sundays Distillery is committed to the responsible service of alcohol at our licensed premises and through our online retail channel.
In-store, our team is trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in accordance with Queensland requirements.
We will not sell or supply alcohol to any person who:
- Is intoxicated or appears to be adversely affected by alcohol or other substances
- Is disorderly or behaving in a manner that is likely to cause offence or harm
- Is purchasing alcohol for consumption by a minor
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion in accordance with our RSA obligations.
Online sales compliance
For online purchases, Lost Sundays Distillery observes the following responsible service requirements:
Age verification: All online customers are required to confirm they are 18 years of age or older before entering the website and at the point of purchase. By completing an online order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to purchase alcohol.
Delivery compliance: Alcohol deliveries may require a signature upon receipt to confirm the recipient is of legal drinking age. Lost Sundays Distillery reserves the right to withhold delivery where there is reasonable grounds to believe the recipient may be under 18 years of age.
Order refusal: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any online order where there is reason to believe the purchase does not comply with our responsible service obligations or Queensland liquor legislation.
Liquor advertising compliance
All advertising and marketing communications produced by Lost Sundays Distillery comply with the Alcohol Beverages Advertising Code (ABAC) and applicable Queensland liquor advertising requirements.
Our marketing does not target minors or encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol.
