Lost Sundays Distillery was founded by a group of friends—who know Airlie Beach not as a tourist destination but as home.

With over 30 years of combined experience in tourism, charter boats and nightclubs in the Whitsundays, they were drawn to the craft spirits world with a passion for creating something that reflected the Whitsundays lifestyle. Something real — distilled here, made with care, and worth coming back for.

So that is what Lost Sundays became.

Why Airlie Beach?

Airlie Beach is not an accident.

It is a place that attracts a certain kind of person — someone who values the water, the pace, the community, and the particular quality of light that makes every afternoon feel like it could last a little longer than it should.

Lost Sundays is a product of that place. The brand, the name, the feeling behind every bottle — it all comes from here.

How we distil.

Lost Sundays spirits are distilled on a StillCraft copper and stainless-steel pot and column still — a hand-crafted piece of distilling equipment that sits at the heart of everything we make.

The StillCraft still is not just a production tool.

It is an architectural piece designed to be part of the experience — visible, tactile, and genuinely impressive up close.

It is the reason we encourage people to come in and see where their bottle comes from.

Small-batch production gives us the ability to be considerate about every run — to pay attention to the details that a larger operation would not bother with, and to produce spirits that reflect genuine craft rather than scaled convenience.

Lost Sundays produces two distinct ranges — each with its own personality, its own purpose, and its own kind of Sunday.

The Lost Sundays range is our core collection — Vodka, London Dry Gin, and Coastal Gin.

These are spirits made with intention, distilled to stand on their own, and designed to be enjoyed without needing a particular occasion to justify opening them.

The Sippi range — Sippi Gin, Sippi Vodka, and Sippi Pink Gin — is our more approachable, easy-drinking line.
